TDP has successfully installed more than 250 million sq. m of liners for hundreds of projects in many different applications of wide-ranging complexities such as class 1 & class 2 landfills, ponds, waste yards, reservoirs, canals, containment tanks, tank farms, tunnels, secondary containment tank foundations, tailing facilities, heap leach pads and underground tanks outside lining etc., each varying from 100 M² to 1,500,000 M² of installation area.

TDP’s geo-synthetic construction team consists of 5 engineers, 8 site supervisors and 60 field seamers & technicians. They are equipped with the most modern version of welding and testing equipment with wide knowledge in the field of lining and related works for the past 43 years. Most of the field staffs have also been specially trained by the manufacturer’s experts.

TDP’s geo-synthetic construction team strictly adheres to the manufacturer’s construction quality control, welding & testing procedures and their respective recommendations, which are formulated based on the international standards.

Seam quality testing and comprehensive leak location testing are all offered as part of the installation service. Leak detection testing involves all standard tests such as (i) air pressure tests, (ii) Vacuum box tests (iii) Spark tests (iv) pinhole detector test over the 100% length of the field seams.
